I saw this title on my rss feed and thought, “Surely not *that* Goumas!” As someone originally from their neck of the woods, that was quite a surprise! I remember going there as a child and getting little paper bags of lemon drops…
Do not confuse…the REAL Goumas store is Goumas Candyland in Heath and on the Square. I received something from the “other guys” and was not impressed to say the least.
I got some truffles at the not-Heath location today, they were awful. Never again. I seem to remember Heath having GOOD chocolate in my youth, so I won’t give up on the entire franchise. I wonder how many calories are in six truffles…

Goumas is quite possibly the BEST chocolates in the world! If you’ve never tried them, you must!
