I love fancy-pants dark chocolate, whether it’s a single-origin bar or a truffle with balsamic vinegar and figs in it. My favorite combinations with chocolate include ginger, hazelnut, coffee, chili, toffee, and cranberries, but I haven’t come across much that I outright hate. I also have a deep love for anything with chai/autumn spices - slap some cloves, cinnamon, ginger, and/or cardamom into something, and I will adore it. |
